Chartered Banker Institute Accreditation

Two of Sionic’s Learning & Development programmes are officially accredited by the Chartered Banker Institute.

Sionic and the Institute share a belief in the importance of leadership at all levels, and to the need to develop, demonstrate and embed positive behaviours. This alignment between Sionic’s benchmarking for senior leaders and the Institute’s Chartered Banker by Experience (CBBE) programme, in terms of both entry requirements and elements of content, has enabled Sionic to receive CBI accreditation for the programmes listed below.

• Experts as Leaders – the purpose of this programme is to develop leadership skills in senior experts across the organisation; to enable them to better lead, inspire and influence critical decisions.
• Accelerated Development Programme – the purpose of this programme is to develop great leaders with the right leadership behaviours, in a safe learning environment that reflects the realities of daily working life.
