Across three x 1/2-day modules, we guide you on how to have the energy and focused capability to have a greater impact on the success of others. We enhance your capability to be the leader people need, to help equip them to lead themselves and how to sustain performance.
The programme centres on how virtual working is becoming a way of life that has a lot of positives. The 2020 Sionic Survey of Knowledge Workers highlighted that 48% are more motivated by at-home working and see an improved work life balance. However, there are many challenges with an evolving way of working and few organisations have truly filled the void left by no face-to-working which is important for spontaneous connections, career development and wellbeing.
