One can imagine that traders are equipped with dedicated telephones, or that they have to go through a bank number. Which then allows them to be connected to another contact. In this case, the conversation would be automatically recorded, explains Xavier Pujos, who recalls that many banks prohibit employees in the trading room from using their own smartphones. But how can we ensure that everything is done according to the rules?
