Deutsche Bank and Sionic are pleased to announce that the bank’s Global Enterprise Engineer (GEE) Training Programme has gained CPD accreditation from The CPD Certification Service, which accredits offerings that deliver over 90 hours of professional training.
The six-month GEE training Programme sees Deutsche Bank’s top engineers embark on an immersive learning and development journey designed to develop and transform both technical and behavioural skills. The results are dramatic gains in motivation, productivity, enterprise collaboration and commercial impact.
The CPD accreditation demonstrates that the GEE Programme meets the high standards of learning required by The CPD Certification Service. The Programme is specifically designed to work with technology engineers within the Finance industry, providing real-world scenario-based learning coupled with expert internal and guest educators, cultivating a safe and supportive learning environment. Participants are encouraged to challenge themselves and their mental models, learning through experimentation and collaboration.
Together, Deutsche Bank and Sionic have created a highly engaging learning and development experience, of which we are very proud. Our GEE graduates tell us that this is one of the most impactful Programmes they have ever attended, with many of our graduates continuing to practice the tools and techniques learned on the course as they progress to senior management and technical expert roles across the Bank.
