Equip yourself to lead – register here to find out more

Whether you lead five or 500+ people, our three ½-day modules build your leadership style to suit today’s demands

This programme centres on how virtual working is becoming a way of life that has a lot of positives.  Our 2020 Sionic Survey of Knowledge Workers highlighted that 48% are more motivated by at-home working and see an improved work life balance. But there are many challenges with an evolving way of working and few organisations have truly filled the void left by no in-person working which is important for spontaneous connections, career development and wellbeing.

This programme enhances your capability to be the virtual leader people need, to help equip them to lead themselves and to sustain performance; maximising the latest tools and frameworks to harness the positives of at-home working and to re-imagine alternative ways that meet the value gained from in-person working.

16th March – Module 1: Be the leader people need

  • You will explore the Performance Equation which is the Sionic framework to guide sustained people performance in a new world of work and use this to confirm the impact you can have.
  • We then guide you on how to have the energy and focus to be there for your people. We will highlight how leadership capabilities have needed to shift and give you the opportunity to re-align your own capability map with actions that above all leave you a fitter leader. One who gets the best out of everyone, focuses effort on the real priorities and is not left feeling totally drained.

30th March – Module 2: Equip others

  • You will learn about equipping others to succeed. Integral to this is demonstrating compassion and building trust.  Knowing what everyone may be juggling at home, helping people structure work to transition from “starting more to finishing more”, guiding people to make themselves heard, introducing more connected working and creating community collisions to randomly connect people. We will help you think about clear and empowering messaging: positive about the future and practical about the present. We will equip you to be the authentic leader that is able to best equip others to succeed.

13th April – Module 3: Keep adapting

  • You will be encouraged to be bold on the future of work at your organisation. We will share a framework and latest thinking on the purpose of work and how people can best serve their organisation. We will develop your systemic thinking so you can plan the actions to re-imagine filling the void of no in-person working and prepare for the best mix of at-home and in-person once restrictions are finally lifted.

Develop as a genuine leader who knows how to do the critical things differently that positively impact people and performance in as new world or work.

After more than 25 years working in investment banking technology, I realised that what I really do well is help organisations and the individuals within them change and develop; to be better, more effective and have a positive impact on the clients and society they serve.  I do this by building on my experience leading through critical industry shifts, including automation and electronification, regulatory-driven clearing transformation, culture, conduct and learning-driven remediation.  I advise and lead delivery on individual and organisational change, especially in culture, career and behavioural development.
