Sionic Discusses CX with Funds Tech

Asset managers know CX is important – but may have no plan

Sionic’s 2023 customer experience (CX) study on ‘Improving Client Experience Through Effective Distribution Operations‘ which our specialist asset management team undertook with Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) found that, while 92% of those surveyed recognise the importance of CX, 57% have no formal CX strategy in place. The key results feature in the latest edition of Funds Tech.
