Sionic Expands Change Capabilities Across North America

Rebeka Badiozzaman will lead L&D and FCC change and transformation programmes across Canada and the US

Sionic has announced the appointment of Rebeka Badiozzaman as a Senior Consultant in its Toronto team. Rebeka will lead the expansion and delivery of Sionic’s specialised learning and development programmes across North America, and bring her expertise in change management to the firm’s capabilities in financial crime and compliance.

Rebeka Badiozzaman has over 15 years’ experience in training and change management, helping organisations and individuals to deliver successful change. She comments:

“I was attracted to this role by Sionic’s expertise in the ‘who’, and ‘why’, not just the ‘what’ and ‘how’, of financial services.  This is an exciting opportunity to grow our impact across the broad spectrum of clients whose role involve change, and who want significantly to impact the success of their organization.”

Sionic Partner Deborah Challinor from Sionic’s Learning & Development team says:

“Rebeka is a fantastic addition to our team. She is passionate about the importance of applying a people lens to change programmes, to ensure their successful adoption. She is experienced in working with leaders to create and implement the right initiatives to deliver organisational and technology change. And she specialises in end-to-end change, learning technologies, interactivity in learning – and is a design-thinking enthusiast. We are really excited to be working together with her to expand our range of offerings and our reach.”

Sionic Managing Partner Rob Cranmer, who leads the Sionic-Toronto Financial Crime & Compliance team adds:

“Rebeka has an impressive history of working with organizations across Canada, the US, and internationally. She has experience across all the sectors in which we operate, with a keen focus on change management and her arrival significantly strengthens our transformation capabilities.  We are delighted to welcome her onboard!”
