I handle both L1 and L2 level incidents and resolve production problems for the applications and ensure all support service level agreements are met. I work on tickets based on priority and SLA timing and close document resolved incidents using the Service-now tool. I also have hands-on experience in server patching, rebooting, file handling, ANSIBLE, DATAVIZ, DYNATRACE, WITBE, and AUTOSYS.
