I’ve worked in consulting for over 14 years, focusing on a range of talent management and organisational development initiatives across multiple sectors. With a degree in psychology, I’ve always been interested in people and my role gives me the opportunity to help our clients with their people development challenges. I have experience in designing and delivering global learning and development programmes and I also individually coach a number of our clients through periods of change. My experience to date has also allowed me to design and implement a number of global career frameworks as well as individually assessing and advising on senior appointments throughout the sector.
