I have over 15 years of experience with adult learners and enabling professionals to deal with change. I advocate for the people side of change, whilst working with leaders in creating and implementing organizational and technology change management initiatives. Most of my work has been with organisations who work across Canada and the US, and internationally. I specialize in end-to-end change management, learning technologies, interactivity in learning, and I am a design thinking enthusiast. I have worked on change management projects in different sectors, including insurance and banking. I help clients make the workforce resilient, keep them motivated and invested during change.
