I have almost ten years’ experience in HR in the consultancy, architectural and property sectors. I have a proven track record of senior stakeholder management and building relationships to help to deliver HR initiatives that effectively meet strategic, operational and employee needs. I started with Sionic Advisors, where my role had a strong international focus, helping to set up HR practices and policies. My focus now is the UK and Switzerland, within our Banking & Markets, Financial Crime & Compliance, Corporate and Finance practices. I have a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice gained throughout experience in key processes including employee relations, business partnering, HR policy and procedure and change management.
