I have over eight years of experience in the banking industry, with my main focus in customer experience and investment management.

I have worked in financial services for over 30 years, starting in investment banking in New York and moving across Europe in the 90s.

I’ve developed policies, led teams in market data, index and portfolio construction, equity derivatives strategy, and research and trading.

During my time at Sionic, I have worked on projects that have helped large wealth management firms create new target operating models.

I have a track record implementing firm-wide change including digitising marketing and distribution strategies.

My career has been focused on operations and change, where I have created and managed large global teams, and delivered large complex change programs.

I have worked in financial services for over ten years, primarily as a paraplanner at wealth management and financial adviser firms.
