International Women’s Day – an evening of celebration

Sionic is delighted to be hosting an evening of celebration in honour of International Women’s Day. This year’s global theme is #EachForEqual. What can we do to embed a culture of equality in the workplace?

Joining guests from across financial services will be our keynote speakers Gifty Enright and Helen Buckwell who will share their own inspirational experiences on this year’s theme.

Gifty Enright is a best-selling author and international speaker. She is a highly regarded blogger on women’s issues and wellbeing. Gifty trained originally as an accountant and worked in a variety of blue-chip companies before crossing over into IT consultancy. She has implemented business and IT transformation programmes globally in Europe, America and Asia.

Helen Buckwell is a sought after executive coach and leadership development consultant with a passion and knowledge for building greater collaboration across organisations, teams and working groups, enabling them to ensure the strengths of their talent are fully utilised when working collectively across the business.  Helen has a wealth of experience in professional services organisations and large corporates, most recently as the UK Head of Leadership and Skills Development one of the ‘Big 4’ Accounting firms.

The event will be hosted by Sionic director Disha Rohatgi and will conclude with drinks & nibbles and networking.
