Sionic has announced the appointment of Craig Miller as its first Chief Client Officer.
Craig joins Sionic from a twenty two-year career at fintech giant Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. where he most recently served as Head of Business Development for North America Capital Markets. Craig previously served as Vice-President of Broadridge’s Fixed Income Division, where he was jointly responsible for the financial performance and growth of a $100+ million fixed income portfolio of products and services. Earlier in his career, Craig ran a relationship management team covering some of the world’s largest banks and broker dealers.
Before Broadridge, Craig held positions in Lehman Brothers’ and Bear Stearns’ structured finance groups.
Sionic offers a range of services in business strategy, operational excellence and improvement, technology transformation and digitisation, international regulatory compliance, risk, finance and control, leadership, talent and cultural transformation to banking, asset and investment management, financial markets infrastructure, wealth management, insurance and reinsurance clients. In December 2021, Sionic became part of Davies, the specialist professional services and technology firm, working with leading insurance, highly regulated and global businesses.
Chief Client Officer is a brand new role for Sionic and carries a global remit, aimed at ensuring best in breed new business development and client account management across all parts of the firm.

Craig Miller is based in New Jersey. He worked at Broadridge from 2000 – 2022, after beginning his career at Bear, Stearns & Co Inc and then Lehman Brothers. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University; has served as a member of the Bond Market Association Operations Committee (MBS/ABS & Government) and of the Securities Industry Institute (now SIFMA). Craig is also a Level 4 USA Hockey Certified Coach and in his free time, a CrossFit enthusiast.
