Sionic is delighted to be the Market Insight Partner for this second Armstrong Wolfe Markets COO Forum. Senior members of the COO community will join Sionic-Toronto based Managing Partner Robert Cranmer to discuss “Shaping the Operations function of the future”.

This by-invitation forum is the second in a series of 2020 Sionic – Armstrong Wolfe partnership events. Given the ongoing Coronavirus COVID-19 global restrictions, this event series continues in webinar format.

Jim Monahan joined Sionic from Morgan Stanley New York where he was Executive Director, co-head of the Global Institutional Asset Servicing line teams and Global Head of the Asset Servicing ‘Change the Bank’ Programme.  Jim is active in the industry more widely and has held several industry leadership positions, most notably on the Corporate Action Section Advisory Board of SIFMA; the Board of Broadridge’s Independent Proxy Steering Committee and DTCC’s Asset Servicing Advisory Board.  Jim’s recent article published exclusively in Global Custodian addresses some of the topics under discussion. Jenny Tatum joined Sionic from HSBC where she was Managing Director, Global Banking and Markets and a key sponsor of the creation of both the HSBC onboarding client-led digital proposal and of a specialist on-boarding team for corporates. Jenny was previously MD at Deutsche Bank, managing the end-to-end onboarding for all new clients and business relationships.  Read more here.
