I am an experienced leader having successfully run regional and global marketing departments in asset management firms. I have a track record implementing firm-wide change including digitising marketing and distribution strategies, focusing on customer experience initiatives to increase client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. Most recently at M&G, I ran client reporting globally. In this role, I delivered transformational change as part of a target operating model incorporating a strategic data led solution. Prior to joining Sionic, I headed the enterprise delivery office overseeing multiple enterprise programmes including regulatory, technology oversight, demand prioritisation and a technology people transformation restructure.
