I joined Sionic as an analyst in April 2023. I have completed my TYBSC in computer science. and have four years of experience in customer service, including as a quality agent. I have worked in different sectors, like the healthcare industry for UHG and the finance industry for Amex, helping important clients maintain their customer service quality. Customer satisfaction was our main agenda, and I have delivered customer-satisfying services so far. I am very focused on my work and am always looking for new learning opportunities and improvements. Apart from that, helping my colleagues, managing queries, and solving team problems are skills I have obtained from previous roles.
